Since we are an Internet company, it only makes sense that our employees are also internet based. At AIGorilla Systems, we still have staff meetings and expectations, but our employees are virtual. They work from wherever they want, with a flexible, 4-day work week.

One of the biggest ways we give back is by helping people immigrate to the United States - legally. There are a lot of people who talk about helping - but do nothing. We decided to change that.
Not All Heroes Wear Capes
Having lived in a communist country, Huskey knew there were educated people living there who just needed a chance.
We feel that someone with a master's degree in computer science can support themselves in the United States. They work part-time for us for 2-years, learning our business culture, making connections, and fine-tuning their lingo. Then the employee can legally immigrate to the United States. Changing lives.
At the time of this writing, we have helped 3 people - change their families forever - by immigrating to the USA.

We come from the Internet. AIGorilla Systems is not a conventional company. We have no intention of becoming one. That unconventional spirit is a powerful force inspiring us to do things like become leaders in AI Implementation.

Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certified, Google Product Expert, Over 15 Google and Microsoft online marketing certifications, Taught at Internet Marketing at Concordia University, 40 years of computer programming, Read 11 computer languages, Authored 3 Books on Search Engines, Volunteered at Women’s Shelter, Humane Society, and Police Department. Huskey lived in 3 countries, USA, Canada, and Venezuela. Steve's 1st day at AIGorilla was October 25, 2010.

Melissa Burton
Finance Manager
Melissa supervises the financial activities for AIGorilla. Yes, she's human. We would not trust an AI Agent to blindly manage our finances. We still employ humans for tasks where mistakes are not an option - like payroll. She was born in Texas but lived in France and traveled Europe extensively prior to working for an oil company. She loves British humor and European TV Shows, like Downton Abbey. Now, in her spare time, Melissa likes to sing in 2 different choir groups. She safeguards the assets and prepares all financial reports. She manages payables and receivables in a paper-free environment. Melissa has been our QuickBooks warrior since 2015

Ravi Kallepalli
Director of Design
Born in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, Ravi graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York with a Masters degree in Computer Science. Ravi designed our first Chatbot in 2016 after taking a class at SXSW. He now lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and 3 kids. Each summer, Ravi's family uses the work-from-home benefit to the fullest by spending a month in India visiting family. Previously Ravi worked with AMD, Nvidia, and Visa. His hobbies are local rodeos, beekeeping, and travel. Ravi has managed our 3-person development team since 2014
Bala Poripireddy
Systems Architect
Bala graduated with a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems - emphasizing security. Born in Vishakhapatnam, India, he now lives in Bengaluru, India with his wife and 2 kids. He is a self-confessed adrenalin junkie. In his past Bala worked in banking and as a commercial fishing. His hobbies include bungee jumping, sky diving, and spearfishing, Currently, he manages security for banking customers. Bala started with AIGorilla in 2015.
Raynee Lester
AI Operations
Raynee, pronounced Ren-A, has been actively using AI for her daily job since 2023.. She attended The University of Texas San Antonio for a degree in Journalism. Now she uses her schooling everyday creating with AI. Her passions are staying at home with her twin girls, puppies, and cooking.for the family. During the summer, she can be found near a swimming pool in tropical San Antonio. She says her favorite job was getting paid to insult customers at Dicks Last Resort. Raynee started with AIGorilla in 2016.

Haley Markham
AI Operations
Haley is another AI pro that has been using AI in her daily job since 2023. She was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Currently Haley lives in one of the most haunted places in the US with her husband. When she's not at work, Haley can be found crafting, watching live music, and ghost-hunting. She has a special place in her heart for baking bread. Her other hobbies include reading and gardening. Previously Haley was a pre-school teacher and crawfish inspector. Haley has been working with us since 2022.
